Formosa is the first bubble tea chain store in Lithuania. They started in 2016 with the first spot in Vilnius, and now they can be found in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, and in Palanga, Šventoji (during the summer season).
Bubble tea also known as pearl tea or boba tea was developed in Taiwan in the 1980s. All of the products come from Taiwan. Due to its climate and mountainous terrain, Taiwan is a perfect place for tea production.
